There are several leadership teams, in CZ they mostly excel, everywhere else they are clueless and bereft of how to handle people/situations
sell the business to someone who know how to drive it to get matured

have more focus either on product or technology or customer... not all together mixing up multiple products in multiple tech areas for multiple customers
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co workers are great, they hold the place together, to improve, less meetings about meetings, less managers asking for status and more staff to spread the 100's of tickets in the backlog

change exec management to some more adequate

management have no clue to big company have to me organised.. they stuck on startup minded level
