- How do I do well in an interview at Maverick?Always be 100% honest with them. Make sure you let them know ahead of time if you have any criminal history, most likely they will work with you. I have a felony and I am still allowed to work graveyard by myself and work the cash register. Even with petty theft charges I passed their background checks to do all this. Always be honest with him that's all you'll do well. And you must have common sense if you don't have common sense you will not make it in this job.
