They need to establish a way to make the playing field fair. Bartenders are in charge and they make $500 and everyone else makes min wage

They start our day off productive and happy
The customers are wonderful and they deserve a lot better care. They were always good about reminding me that I did my best to please them so they always took care of me.

It was just generic and very high turn over
