I really enjoyed working for the owner Jay but, he just doesn’t see what management does behind his back. The new partners/owners seem nice b

They need to establish a way to make the playing field fair. Bartenders are in charge and they make $500 and everyone else makes min wage
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers are wonderful and they deserve a lot better care. They were always good about reminding me that I did my best to please them so they always took care of me.
