What unique perks and benefits does Maverick provide?
Holiday club, you can have them deduct a certain amount from your checks and put into a holding account then around October or November theywill ship that check out to you. Ill have 200 by the time i get mine this year.
What's the pay like for Sales roles at Maverick?
Starting salary was 9/hr and with just 5 months working for them I got a 1.25 raise.
What's the vibe like in the Sales dept at Maverick? How many hours are you working?
It's always good vibes at maverik. I'm full time. So 32 to 40 hours a week.
What's the Sales team like at Maverick?
Awesome. They're friendly. We've become a tight knit extended family at my store.

How do I do well in an interview at Maverick?
Always be 100% honest with them. Make sure you let them know ahead of time if you have any criminal history, most likely they will work with you. I have a felony and I am still allowed to work graveyard by myself and work the cash register. Even with petty theft charges I passed their background checks to do all this. Always be honest with him that's all you'll do well. And you must have common sense if you don't have common sense you will not make it in this job.

They ask you General interview questions that every store would ask for new hires.
How would you compare interviewing at Maverick to other places you've interviewed?
it was a little intimidating to be interviewed by three and a half years all the same time but it was nice to know that they were all very interested to know who is going to be working for their company and involved and making that decision
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Maverick?
I'm at with the director of the store, the bakery manager, and the ops manager. It took about three days to hear back from them
