Took a massive pay cut from the NTB buyout .I'm a mechanic of 30+years with NTB making a respectable pay until Mavis took over .Now I'm starting a new job elsewhere,cant live and pay my bills on what they pay.

My fellow workers in the backshop, that are leaving as well,we work together as a team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is under the Mendoza line,you cant expect people to work on a customers second most expensive investment,in most cases,for minimal wages.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop worrying about themselves and focus on their employees and the stores goals.Absolutely no accountability for failure of goals set forth by the company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management is a huge issue ,what I mean by that is the second guessing the labor hacking,charging 1 hour labor for a 3 hr job,selling like they spend
