Full of lies and manipulation. No real leadership and almost seems like a ponzy scheme. They dont take care of thise who truly try to make it work instead they find a way to fire and or retaliate.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually doing their jobs and helping right the ship before it capsizes
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Put folks that actually care about employees in manager and or training roles not those that only want money
