They are very stingy about everything especially salary, the best raise ive gotten since i got here was one percent despite me being a top performer in my department.

They are just as defeated as I am
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better about my compesation if they had given me the raise that was promised with a promotion that i interviewed for and got the job. I was promised the raise and accepted the position only to be told months later no raise would come.
