Leader ship team supported my entire family
They are very approachable and really care about individuals.
They give weekly updates to the entire company.
Showing up for work at all. 5-7 hours a week is not enough.
Acknowledging team members. Diversity among leaders is also horrifying lacking. It's all old white men and that tells you what you need to know about the company.
Respecting employees' privacy and decisions.
Being more open to change and communicating
It is adequate. Normal industry sized.
Flexible time off and work/life balance
Unlimited PTO. It can be a great perk with a manager who supports work life balance. My manager has been great at this.
I think the benefits are above average.
Flexible time off is a huge benefit.
I would feel better about my compesation if they had given me the raise that was promised with a promotion that i interviewed for and got the job. I was promised the raise and accepted the position only to be told months later no raise would come.
Greater acknowledgment for my contributions. More mentoring and coaching from direct management.
Driven, smart, good people, mission driven
People are very willing to collaborate.
That almost everyone on the team goes above and beyond, so you're in good company and are inspired by the people around you. Also, for almost all the people- that they're amazingly adept at what they do (the current team).
A really smart group of people that have cool ideas, and everyone works hard because they enjoy it.
They are kind and engaged
They are just as defeated as I am
Everyone (myself included) needs to level-up skills to be productive in the cloud environment.
Mission is positive. Security and belonging severely lacking
Collaboration with coworkers is very good.
Intelligent and knowledgeable people, low ego (for most) and openness/ownership, desire to improve things and willingness to help as much as their bandwidth allows, and commitment to doing it right
The flexibility to work from home or in the office.
Our small teams are more like family than coworkers.
People need to work in the office. Nothing is getting done.
Learning about there products and customers
The varied people I had the opportunity to meet and interact with.
The process moved quickly and decisions were made in a timely manner
It was really quick and painless.
Actually ask technical questions and not just gimmicky personality questions that sound like they were pulled out of grocery store checkout aisle magazine.
Coming up with something together that improves what we're doing significantly
Accomplishments completed that have a positive impact on coworkers and operations.
Seeing that what I do makes an impact and really makes a difference for our customers and the world.
Accomplishing something meaningful for my team.
Require and enforce working in the office.
Advent has gutted a good company and laid off many coworkers that helped create great products. We need to attract talent by showing good pay and job security.
Showing appreciation to there employees once in a while
