The ability to communicate with its employees on a level that is conducive to the overall professionalism of a company. They treat every employee, from blue-collar to middle management with respect and positive reinforcement while working through any issues or problems a constructive mimd Set.

The leadership at VP and above is horrible, flat out. They are just the worst.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being human. I'm not exaggerating, and that's not hyperbole.
reaching out to the team. talking to the team and asking them what's the problem instead of blindly trying to solve what they think are issues
They could improve their leadership skills.
The VP and above level are horrible. They keep laying people off to meet short term financial goals.
