What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always kind and always willing to listen, and resolve the situation
Love my driver Manager great guy and always gets me rolling
The inner workings of the planning department are an enigma
I am not just another number to them I feel like whenever I walk into any of the terminals I am instantly recognized by the driver manager and support staff it means so much to wor k for a company that cares
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pensacola needs new trainers the amount of unprofessionlism is beyond egregious i want to contact OSHA to investgate. And call the labor board because you can tell this kind of behave has been going on with no correction

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Please send someone from your corporate office to investgate the Pensacola trainers this cant be what this company stands for ive never felt so low in my life after working fo over 30 years as a corporate manager this location should be closed until better trainer are hired.
Miles paid out every week with top bonus being 3000 a week
Pay all miles stop stealing from your deivers
Their benefits are pretty lousy.
Better insurance plans and better bonus

Thy all know me by name , not just my truck number
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
All of the candiates for hire said they felt uncomfortable and some said they will not return baxk for orientation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No matter what state I'm in, I always getting treated kindly with this company.. I really like Mr. Jeff in lebanon terminal.. he is the best!!! Always kind, and willing to help

Knowing that I'm an asset to America by supplying, food and supplies. And I'm getting to see the country at the same time. It's a win win
