I have been with MBO for 12+ years, and the company has gone through a number of changes. Recently, I feel that we have acquired the right team to move toward meaningful goals and do it the right way. It has brought positive change to the organization, and I look forward to being part of that.

I am paid well for my position relative to peers.

Our leadership team is incredibly transparent, and nothing is ever a surprise.

It's been many years since I interviewed, but I remember being asked thoughtful questions.

We are a small team with a great leader who empowers me to learn and grow.

We are creating a fantastic ownership culture where employees are truly invested in their work initiatives.
What makes you most happy at work?
Positive customer interactions. I tend to get pulled into a number of challenging customer-facing situations as an escalation point, and nothing feels better than developing a solution that is a win for all parties.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Noting in our compensation package is particularly exciting; we are pretty average across the board for a small to mid-sized company. However, I do appreciate that our wages are evaluated and adjusted annually to reflect the market.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are very tight-knit, and three of the four of us have worked together in some capacity for the past 6 years. We know how each member of the team prefers to work and each person's area of expertise which allows us to preform better as a unit.
