What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a great blend of competence, vision, and empathy for the employees of the company. There's clear direction about how to achieve the goals we need to reach to grow as a company, but it's not at the expense of the well-being of MBO employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
In addition to getting our work done in a timely manner, our team really roots for each other. We've developed friendships that help us step up when we need to help each other out. It's a very collaborative group without the backbiting and politics you sometimes find in a corporate setting.
