Company goals and corresponding projects are clearly defined for the company as a whole. Leadership team is readily accessible. Never feel as though we are 'left in the dark' about decision or the decision-making process.
What are some of the best things about your team?
On my specific team everyone is willing to jump in and help, there is not question or request too small or insignificant. Everyone respects each other's time and tries to make meetings as efficient as possible so work can get done. Feedback is given often and it is always constructive.
