the leadership team holds weekly all-hands meetings and keeps everyone apprised of what's going on in the company. the team is accessible and responsive to feedback.

I love the people that I work with. To begin with, they are good people. They care about each other and other employees. They are honest and people at MBO don't play games that sometimes are part of other companies.
