They all help me with questions I have, we work together as a team and do not compete internally or at least it does not show even if people do
What did you like most about the interview process?
Even if the process took a couple of months, I was contacted often by the person who was responsible for the process as well as my future manager. I have never had this level of communication in other workplace.
