They only want the best for their company
Mostly digital or over the phone
Very helful and interesting and I think a face to face is more better si that you can express truely what was in your mind to the person whom your talking with

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I had 12 interviews with 8 people and they made me come in physically twice for all day interviews, knowing it was a two hour drive each way. I was there a full 8am-4pm and they never even gave me a lunch break. It took weeks to hear back and they only gave you 48 hours to accept.
Better screening of potential employees.
