Good communication to employees year around
help and know how to do the job
They care more about how they look and sound to the outside world than the well-being of their employees. I will forever have PTSD from my first boss, who everyone knew was difficult but never stopped their atrocious behavior.
Communication!!!! Treating the production people better
Value of hourly concerns and needs to complete the tasks safely
Core values are going the wrong direction, and management seems to not care. Need more review in the value of McCormick. Please help in this area.

Stock program is very rewarding
Review from Operations Dept
Same level, different compensation even if service is shorter.
Employees are over worked and underpaid.
While the bonuses can be very good depending on the year, base salary is low as are the amount of days off. Benefits are quite expensive. You have to pay for your own short and long term disabilty, which is preposterous considering there are low paid folks in manufacturing who probably forgo.
over 40 years in this business and treated with little respect, for what experience i am willing to offer.
Yes, more productive is what matters

Good people to work with
My team was the best we would help each other making sure we had the best production at our shift . But HR will only adress company employees for safety meetings leaving temporary employees out of the safety meetings. Company employees and temporary employees were asked to work as team for product
Review from Operations Dept
Very unselfish, and willing to jump in when situations become real. They can easy respond with that's not my problem. But in majority of the chaotic situations I've experienced; my co-workers always eased my pain.
Review from Operations Dept
Everyone is outwardly friendly, but there is more politics here than Capitol Hill. Also, there a real FOMA and so everyone has to look at everything and be a part of the approval process. Way too many meetings, some weekly that are 2-3 hours long.
Everybody work with each other
Be open to suggestions and talk openly and not behind you then complains to the managers almost on everything. Study your role and what you have accomplished and not keep blaming others.
do some work not sit watching tv all day
They need to care by following the core values, and hr needs to get involved with visual results on the production floor
Review from Product Dept
Leadership that care about their workers
Co-workers are not intrusive when not envited in a personal conversation or group discusion. Peolpe mind there buisness.
Review from Operations Dept
The hourly people and there ability to help each other.
The company's core principle is the Power of People.
the new break room. .
Review from Operations Dept
Treat all employees fairly, and have better upper management.
Work-life balance - everyone I know works at least 60 hours a week. They're understaffed. More empathy training for people managers. Meeting barely come with agendas. They have meetings that are about scheduling meetings.
Manager needs to come in be observant and action needs to take place
Review from Operations Dept
They only want the best for their company
Mostly digital or over the phone
Very helful and interesting and I think a face to face is more better si that you can express truely what was in your mind to the person whom your talking with
Review from Operations Dept
Too many questions I just wanted to complete the thing
The interview process had equal focus on me getting to know the people and the culture as it was about assessing my experience and expertise.
I had 12 interviews with 8 people and they made me come in physically twice for all day interviews, knowing it was a two hour drive each way. I was there a full 8am-4pm and they never even gave me a lunch break. It took weeks to hear back and they only gave you 48 hours to accept.
Better screening of potential employees.
The fact that i get paid every week
Always Inclusive & fun environment
The oppertunity to continue growing and earning more. As well as raises based on smart goals that are very realistic to achieve.
Review from Operations Dept
The environment and everybody i work
Constantly evolving challenges and great co-workers
