What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership has helped me grow and move up a lot since I've been here, even though I'm not the easiest to work with.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Follow through and communication. We set standards for everything, but don't follow through with them. Top level people don't always communicate with the people on the floor when it directly affects them.
