- What did you like most about the interview process?I liked that the people who did the interview were the people that I would be working with the most.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?My direct leadership has helped me grow and move up a lot since I've been here, even though I'm not the easiest to work with.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?When it comes down to it, we are all working towards the same goal, and the majority of people are getting better at recognizing it.

- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Follow through and communication. We set standards for everything, but don't follow through with them. Top level people don't always communicate with the people on the floor when it directly affects them.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I don't feel undervalued. My only compensation issue is with our insurance. The premium and deductible go up every year, and it's only catastrophic coverage.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?If they took pride in what they do, it would eliminate the majority of the issues, but there are no consequences when they don't so they just wing it. We need more people who think about how they can improve the job for everyone, not just make it easier for themselves.
