Late loads, trailers that dont have working lights, broken ramps, broken doors, put in for repairs and never get done. Will not pay for down time, will not pay for restacking a messy trailer so it can be worked. Rude dispatchers, poor warehouse management. No communication whatsoever.

Upper management needs to do their job and talk to employees

Need new management that wants to work with people. And have some knowledge of whats going on.

Do what you say your going to do in driver meetings and stop blowing smoke. Tired of hearing!!! Start doing!!!
