Management needs to change their employees do not respect Management the place is out of hand and something really needs to be done
Management do not listen to the authorities they're all about control and you are there to do what they say and that's it if you don't like what they're saying you can leave that's why there is a high turnover rate I'm pretty sure
There is no leadership there is no team it's my way or the highway Here. And is there because they're really good people works here you have people that are management they don't even know how to do the job that they are managingIt is just easy money for them then you better not complain too much
