I used to enjoy my position, and overall workday. I now do not look foward to any workday but just getting through it. I was moved from my team i worked with because of a realingment issue. It doesnt make any sense. Nor do rules for others but other rules for me; who have the same position.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Boundaries of terriotoes, people who have the same position doing things 8 different ways but not for you..... need to listen when you say you have a disablilty.
