My work-life balance is horrible and my managers are incompetent and uninvolved. The degree to which said managers don't understand what I do daily and their blatant disinterest in helping me get my work-life balance on track is causing me to look elsewhere.

Remove malignance from management. Managers foster unhealthy competition between departments.

There is barely any communication between coworkers on this team.
