What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything from advice to coaching and training technique
They preach salvation and second chances but they are all very judgmental
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They need to be able to be fair and not so aggressive
They have a training class but I was a rehire and my pay should have been set appropriately however I am paid base pay as a new hire
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to stop gossiping about each other and not feed into all the hype from the team leader
