The company is very cold towards employees since the previous CEO left. The new CEO is very snooty and unapproachable. He thinks hes better then you and cant hide it. He doesnt know how to do most tasks that people do daily and has mo odea what it takes to complete that task

Nothing, there is no leadership. They only look out for themselves.

There aren't many positives outside my team.

Even though we are remote company, they held in person and remote/virtual holiday parties

Being able to work from home while still feeling connected to coworkers is the best balance for me.

I got to meet with someone from corporate, as well as who I would be working with on a daily basis. The process was quick and efficient.

It was very personable, friendly and easy. Not intimidating at all. The team made me feel comfortable and really got to know me both professionally and personally.
