Nothing, there is no leadership. They only look out for themselves.

We have gotten so close that we even communicate outside of office hours

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There aren't many positives outside my team.
Even though we are remote company, they held in person and remote/virtual holiday parties
Being able to work from home while still feeling connected to coworkers is the best balance for me.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet with someone from corporate, as well as who I would be working with on a daily basis. The process was quick and efficient.
It was very personable, friendly and easy. Not intimidating at all. The team made me feel comfortable and really got to know me both professionally and personally.
What makes you most happy at work?
1. Money (sorry, but just a fact) 2. People. I have met people I can see being life long friends while working here.
Contributing to the success of my team. I feel valued as an employee and can be a true professional without sacrificing my work/life balance.
