Can be fair at times then chaotic
If I had been able to work outside the call center, I’m sure I would be able to enjoy this organization. It’s very difficult working for a director that chooses a new target at any given time (but there’s always a “common theme”). It’s a shame and sad that

Manager did not foster teamwork and reluctant to communicate with employees; would not even make effort to show basic courtesy. Manager showed blatant favoritism towards younger employees. HR grossly ineffective.
