What makes you most happy at work?
Helping other people is nice. I like when we get positive feedback from clients.
My direct team is a pleasure to work with and I have a fair amount of control over my daily schedule. There is little-to-no micromanaging.
The flexibility it provides me so I can be a working mom and have a career.
I enjoy the work and the industry.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Siloed departments seems heavily entrenched and not movable with no efforts from top down to collaborate.
Listen to staff members who are leaving and learn
Strangled by development and company bureaucracy...
No one in the executive team understands their workforce.
The leadership is not viewed positively by staff
Basically their is no incentive outside of not being yelled at for finishing your work. There are far too many staff who do not perform; this cause a productive staff to do their work and their co-worker
I’m smart and capable, let me do my job and stop nitpicking.
