What do you like best about the leadership team?

Mostly good. I have a great supervisor, manager, and director. Above that it is hard to say.

There are some incredible mid-level managers, but like the rank and file employees, they do not get recognized. It is amazing that they continue on. Top management is never accountable for their failures, and hang around for decades without producing any value. Prohibits promotion of the good people

My direct leadership is wonderful. They are understanding, helpful, and realistic about expectations and progress.

They have an open door policy

Personable, and never "to good" for any work. Always willing to step in and help out

Stop lying and pay a halfway decent salary to the people that keep you afloat

Learning how to manage... learning how to empower and trust their staff...

They need to understand their workforce better. The generational differences in culture truly affect the happiness of the average employee - and is the reason so many people are quitting.

There is nothing they can do unless they retire and die quickly.

The insurance is great, and the profit sharing & cash Bonus yesrly

Vacation time is pretty good for tjd firdt year

There is no best part. Compensation package is unfair all around.

Good overall compensation including benefits such as good healthcare coverage at a low cost to employees, tuition reimbursement is generous with broad guidelines.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

401k Matching if profit sharing is so low balled. Excuses for implementation staff paycuts this past year have been shameful. The exec team thinks they're communicating - but in reality, they're just in the clouds.

Any increases in salary have been offset by reductions in bonuses and increases in employee benefit costs. The profit sharing plan has produced dismal returns for the past 15 years, due to incompetent and complacent management.

Better annual raises and stock opportunities

Undervalued because there is no empowerment, is feel better about comp if they followed industry trends.

My team members are eager to help each other and we work together on many complex issues. There is always a helping hand.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Encouraging employees to get to know each other. MEDITECH employees (including management) typically do not want to spend time speaking to peers/employees.

People have ro be convinced that they need to do their jobs.

They need to be less negative and work more effectively.

We all need to leave for better jobs. Anyone in middle-management has drunk the kool-aid and is a huge part of the problem.

Meetings are mostly a waste of time. I get more done working from home without the constant distractions from employee's who arent working.

Working remote is great when we can. I love meetings, intercting with staff in othwr states, and meeting new peoe when I can. My team is amazing so I am greatful for them!

The leadership team needs to trust and empower staff.

The micromanage atmosphere from the top down needs to change. We're responsible adults, treat us as such.

Helping other people is nice. I like when we get positive feedback from clients.

My direct team is a pleasure to work with and I have a fair amount of control over my daily schedule. There is little-to-no micromanaging.

The flexibility it provides me so I can be a working mom and have a career.

Siloed departments seems heavily entrenched and not movable with no efforts from top down to collaborate.

Listen to staff members who are leaving and learn

Strangled by development and company bureaucracy...

No one in the executive team understands their workforce.
