What did you like most about the interview process?It has been a while but i think it is pretty standard.
What makes you most happy at work?Helping other people is nice. I like when we get positive feedback from clients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Working remote is great when we can. I love meetings, intercting with staff in othwr states, and meeting new peoe when I can. My team is amazing so I am greatful for them!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Encouraging employees to get to know each other. MEDITECH employees (including management) typically do not want to spend time speaking to peers/employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Siloed departments seems heavily entrenched and not movable with no efforts from top down to collaborate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?401k Matching if profit sharing is so low balled. Excuses for implementation staff paycuts this past year have been shameful. The exec team thinks they're communicating - but in reality, they're just in the clouds.
