401k Matching if profit sharing is so low balled. Excuses for implementation staff paycuts this past year have been shameful. The exec team thinks they're communicating - but in reality, they're just in the clouds.
Any increases in salary have been offset by reductions in bonuses and increases in employee benefit costs. The profit sharing plan has produced dismal returns for the past 15 years, due to incompetent and complacent management.

Encouraging employees to get to know each other. MEDITECH employees (including management) typically do not want to spend time speaking to peers/employees.
People have ro be convinced that they need to do their jobs.
They need to be less negative and work more effectively.
We all need to leave for better jobs. Anyone in middle-management has drunk the kool-aid and is a huge part of the problem.
Meetings are mostly a waste of time. I get more done working from home without the constant distractions from employee's who arent working.
