I came into the company as a temp aide I never had an interview. Not applicable question.
The up front concept of what is expected
They had the answer to almost every single one of my questions, and they didn't really butter coat stuff.
My old boss was upfront in what they needed and what they were looking for and what they wouldn't go for. They had issues way before I started and wanted to make sure it stop. But again they hired the wrong people that like to keep up mess.
Seeing the building and the workspace.
