My immediate management team is very good at what they do. They listen to the reps needs and try to help. But what they are able to do is limited by the C suite's directives.

My peers do a great job of attemping to work with the system however the system process is under developed and not well thought out which causes confusion as to how things should be handled

They're upfront and fair, but the company gives everyone a bit too much work and it's sometimes difficult to feel very close to your leadership.

Well for starters receiving at C47 supervisor on safety team needs to be replaced because he bounces around stalking tesm members to create false reports and make up lies to move up. Bad for business. They also fire and suspend people who have accomodations unlawfully all in august

Listen to employees and take action to address pay inequity, favoritism, and overt discriminsyon.

Appreciating employees more than having a once a year employee appreciation week, listening and not giving the impression that the employee is bothering them, etc

Change their cocky attitude and be more organized

Standing behind the staff and keeping promises. I resigned recently, they paid $16.00 for 60hrs of PTO.

Be more involved you can't run a business behind a desk

Define the purpose of the department's two groups, revamp responsibilities and communications between these two groups.

First you have to learn what leadership is. Then you can take next step.

Toxic culture and no drive to change it
