We work together as a team. We complete 30thousand plus lines a shift. They train in every department so your can work on different areas when needed.
Several members of the team are great to work with. They make coming to work bearable otherwise i rather be anywhere else

When I first started they all where nice but didn't know how to talk to each other, but now they are somewhat social and know who each person is in the other labs.

Safety meeting individuals do not know safety... instead they instigate the individuals they dont like in order to get them fired. VP threatened management their jobs so when i went to a supervisor at the end of my shift I reported on safety and and compliance... 13 hrs later i got suspended
Be less sensitive - more work focused, less goofing around
Coworkers need to take action to remove silo ways of working.
Coworkers are always looking for faults in each other to report to upper management in the pursuit to get a promotion. they do this to hide the fact they can't do their job.
