Management needs to be replaced
Management needs to mean what they say. Leaders need to give the employees a reason to give it their all. People need to be held accountable for the work they produce not how many people they turn in.
Better hours for the other enployees.An absolute understanding of the manufacturing process and how HR support is needed.
Communication is key and they lack that, they go behind each other's back to get ahead and it doesn't help anyone when you walk around lying all the time.
Be truthful and have an open ear.

Management never answers email or return calls. Decision need to be approved so no growth through experience can be achieved.

Treat your employees like adults. If I get all of my work done I shouldn't have to beg to leave 15 minutes early to go to the Dr. Look around at 4:58pm. You'll see a SEA OF PEOPLE all standing at their computer waiting to log out. Because they know if they do it a moment early theyll be in trouble
