What do you like best about the leadership team?
Sound communication, true to the foundation on which the company was started and built.

Learning how to talk to employees. Learn a few people skills.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I works per diem, no benefits
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is a rip-off. They make so much from patients it’s sick.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our current team works well together and we do our best for the patients at our clinic

Local management and clinical support
The local staff - mostly counselors.
Helping the patients and making them feel better
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better leadership. Someone who cares about the patients and not just numbers.

Hired by local BAART 7 yesrs ago. - - excellent team at that time
