What do you like best about the leadership team?
The diversity on the team is great. Everyone has so much knowledge and have an open door policy. Love the transparency about financial status too. Every month, sharing that data with the whole team is absolutely awesome!
Our leadership is committed to transparency. They share the health of the business and ensure every employee knows what we need to do to be successful

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to make better product decisions and get more money to invest into it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits which are absolutely free if you are opting in as a single individual. For families, the plans are very affordable.
Unlimited vacation is the best part about compensation
We have a lot of health care selections, many of which are almost entirely covered by the company and 70% covered for dependents/spouses.
The wellness perks are great
Our monthly wellness perk that we can use for anything. So important during Covid! Also the $1,000 trainkng stipend.

My team is positive and aupportive
They care about each other a lot
They really care about me, our team and out company mission. We are all here to drive more himan connections in the world. Meetup's mission is so ensipring.
They are focused on helping Meetup grow, they are smart, they are highly skilled at their jobs and they're fun to work with every day.
People really show up for each other

People care a ot about each other
Great colleagues and manager. I trust our lesdership to get Meetup to thrive after the pandemic!

Succeed. There has not been a true success at Meetup in years
