As an employee we receive a certain amount of free products each month, including the amazing vitamins produced by Melaleuca. We get a discount on products we do buy. The pay rate for each job is completely fair and very competitive.

Longevity bonus is great: 5 yrs = $5,000, 10 yrs = $10,000. Not sure if it makes up for a true retirement plan though.
