I like the exercise, being able to work independently, and working with the public, and the people who come in as well as my coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My store manager Kelland is kind when we make a mistake. He's able to help us improve without making us feel like we're incapable and incompetent. The way he handles difficulties is professional and respectful towards us. I truly appreciate that.
