Appearances are everything. The building is stunning. Employees are expected to dress the part. Alcohol, smoking are not tolerated.

Too many people vying for promotions that no real work gets done. Promotions should be on merit, not who you know.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Longevity bonus is great: 5 yrs = $5,000, 10 yrs = $10,000. Not sure if it makes up for a true retirement plan though.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Its a job. There isn't a lot of investment in the company or career path. Many are looking to move on within 5 yrs.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Upper management micro manages every decision. Hiring, raises...it all goes through the head office. Not only does this take a considerable amount of time, it leaves department managers with no actual authority.
