they actually give maternity leave unlike most of the companies my friends work for

Just an extra dollar or two an hour
Higher pay and more construct
Servers should be payed minimum wage, and also recieve some type of benefits. Also, I believe managers and general managers should be assessed regularly to ensure their competency of their responsibilities.
Living wage and health insurance
There is no compensation at this store
Got paid almost half of what all the new hires were making even though you have seniority and make all the food instead of giving raises they hire new people and push you off your daily job
I try my absolute best to keep my station clean throughout my shifts. I’ve had to fix equipment that wasn’t working properly because of poor management of it over the time I wasn’t there to keep

The tips are great but the hourly wage isn’t for the amount of work they expect you to do. Often break labor laws.
