What is the best part about your compensation package?

profit sharing made to the retirement plan that has in recent years been ~11% plus up to a 5% match for employee contributions - effectively a 21% lift to retirement savings

Fair compenstaion package with opportunity for advancement.

5 weeks of time off and also time off to volunteer!

MEMIC offers four medical & three dental plans to meet the diverse needs of the organization. Also a $500 match to your HSA. In addition, MEMIC has a 5% dollar for dollar match with 401(k) plan and a Profit Sharing program that is top notch! Just added 4 wks of parental leave & a volunteer policy.

salaries in field offices should be in line with the cost of living in that area

For the first time in my life I am under my husband's health benefits, because it cost about the same to add me and he gets money from the company put in his HSA account.
