friendly people, deep experience in the field
again, the entire leadership team with whom I have interacted with have been supportive and well balanced.
CEO does not do what he says.
Everyone I have encountered has been extremely friendly.
They need to promote and support the medical center instead of filling their pockets.
They are more invested in profit for themselves
They need to learn about specialty service lines, especially hospital based services, before buying them up and forcing them to run like primary care outpatient offices. They don't know what they don't know. Total disregard for physician input.
Communication organization salary change patient care
Listen to the employees. Many times Leadership teams think they know best but are not always in the trenches of everyday patient care. Sometimes it takes longer to do a certain process that had been done much quicker before. Think about the value of patient and staff time.
my salary and matching 401K contribution
Limited benefit options offered to employees
Not given proper training salary awful compared to other trauma centers no recognition no improvement in training staff
Lowest salary range in area
I would love for Passavant to realize the importance interpreters play in communication with the patients. We are not off the street interpreters. We have our Certification and years of experience and we always to try to make sure the patient has a good understanding of what to expect with they come
collaborative, communicative, reasonable, friendly, hard working
The core team of providers really care about patients.
Our collaborative efforts were the best
We pull together to put our patients 1st no matter what
Teamwork and high quality patient care
They need to stop working in silos and learn full spectrum care even if it's a task not directly in their job description
We need to be more open and willing to take constructive criticism as a tool for growth versus getting offended when we are shown ways to do things better.
employee support with patient care at the forefront
The teamwork we had and collaborative effort
Making sure our patients get the best care and working together as a team
Culture is something that is talked about but not really in place
I love Passavant because many, if not all of the staff are willing to help the other do their job or make their job easier. Continued education about positions that flow from one department to another would be great.
it was very thorough and I met with multiple levels of management
I am neutral about the interview.
It was an easy interview but they are just looking for bodies
Peer interview and site visit
There aren't any Interviews reviews of MemorialCare yet.
Be the first to contribute a review.
helping others is my favorite part
When my patients tell me they never go anywhere else but Orange Coast Memorial
Being able to help those having a hard time. Teaching new parents how to care for their new baby and themselves
really not much. Worst experience I have had in healthcare
Positive feedback from patients and family
The executive team is too focused on the bottom line and less focused on quality and their own accountability.
Communication to all departments involved when a patient's appt or surgery time changes.
education about how to use interpreters
