The roles I perform is equal or to some extend complex than of my colleagues in other organization yet they are paid more than double by salaries. we are not involved or provided with how compensations are computed. All you get is the money sent

The culture of work area is enclusive and respect the workers.
Staff weekly meeting where each departments gives update of they have done in the previous week and what they planning to do in week ahead.
