I've spent several years in the company in various roles, but I no longer feel challenged and can't grow because my leadership is very picky and always changing their mind. When I've asked them for feedback it's constantly different or they complain about the smallest thing.
Customer Service and anseering the phone.
Everything. Operators who appear to work out of their homes yell at their kids in the background. I have been getting the runaround for over a week with no one answering any of my questions. They tell a certain doctor and hospital is in network and then deny the claim because they say they are out
