They make no bones about what Mesa is about, career-wise. It is JUST a stepping stone and one is expected to but your time in, then move on.

We are just numbers at Mesa. Positive or negative integers. They, the senior management, want you to “think” you are valued but that is NOT the case. As their slogan states “Minutes Matter”. Not people; outside their business model of “Low Cost” service to their
