Mr. Sakys served as Secretary of Isonics Corp. since September 3, 2001. Mr. Sakys served as Controller of AuraServ Communications from September 2000 to April 2001. He served as Director of Financial Reporting of Media One Inc., from July 1998 to September 2000. He served as an Audit Manager of Ernst and Young LLP., from December 1994 to July 1998. He served as Director of Isonics Corp., since February 20, 2007. Mr. Sakys received his Bachelors degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in accounting from the University of California at Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant.
