Everything. Quit promising advancement opportunities and raises

Actually be leaders and not cause problems
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance deductibles are high for the type of plan. 401k match is nice and PTO is really the best policy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Work causes permanent nerve damage overtime and it destroys your hands. 12 an hour doesn't cut it
11 bucks an hour is a joke
Way underpaid. Nepotism is the only way to achieve pay and promotion
Lied too by management. No enthusiasm. Boring work.

Do seriousl background checks and call references. People steal from you
Coworkers are bullies. They sabatoge your work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I work with are great.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire real people that cares
Too toxic to fix. Management and hr pit people against each other for fun
No more lying bullying abuse toxic environment
Restructuring of everything. Fire and start over

Was given hope. It was all just lies
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
There were too many interviews early on in the process.
Actually check backgrounds. Worked with psychopaths
Not lie to employees about literally every thing

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better directors and leadership team.
Hire people with skills, stop being cheap and hire people with limited talents and skills
Quality control is a joke. Person that taught gram staining didn't know a bacteria was different than a virud
Shoddy quality work. Lipstick on a pig, lies to clients
Slow turnaround on orders. Fda oversight is non existence
