They work very hard to optimize Methodist as a place for patients to receive care and for their employees and physicians to work/practice.

It was warm and friendly. They answered questions transparently and made me feel like they needed me and would take care of me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most everyone at Methodist views what they do as more than just a job...it is viewed as a ministry to those in need of health & healing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Methodist continually assesses the market and does adjustments when salaries in an area start to lag. They are certainly not the highest paying in every job category but they are fair and competitive.
